Blogging is easy. Yeah, I found out that soon enough. I wonder how can anyone serious about blogging think of it as a hobby. It’s not. It’s a full-time job. You keep odd hours, you blog deep into the night for months for free! But it’s very fulfilling nevertheless. Now, it’s just a matter of turning your blog into a business to make it really worth your time. Great thoughtful post – I particularly love your airport story.

I agree blogging will be much easier if you are passionate about your niche. I think in the early stage of blogging you should be focused on exposing your self and making a name for your self in the blogsphere. After you start getting some good traffic and become more popular it’s time to start monitizing and thinking of ways to get some income. If you are willin to eventually earn it will take some hard work and effort to get to the point you want to achieve. You need to continue maintaining your blog non-stop.

Blogging is VERY easy for two reasons
(1) If you hobby blog – meaning you have no intentions of making money, simply blogging for fun.
(2) When you blog about something you are passionate about.

However, if one plans to monetize, then it requires all-round hardwork – it never stops.
A foot of the gas may result in a dip in traffic, sales and so on…
